1. After order Placed Order can be cancelled within 24 Hours only.
2. You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated by sending an email to support@rangpriya.com with the proof of order receipt. Please Mention cancellation reason in the subject line of email.
3. If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount with 5 % of Deduction from the whole amount as there will be PayPal Transaction fees charged.
4. When you order for Customization then you can cancel order within 12 hours only. Once the Product goes into Customization Process the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Once order Shipped from our warehouse then can not be cancelled but if you are unsatisfied with your order, you can raise a Return Request.
6. From Texo World Side, If Due to unavoidable circumstances or Situation beyond our control, your order is not processed, can not be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled and the entire amount will be refunded to you. No liability shall be incurred by the either side.
