If you have received the product and you do not like it, a Customer Can return a deliver product within 7 days by Sending return request on email.
A Customer Must raise a return request within 7 Days of an order delivery. You can raise a return request by sending an Email to support@texoworld.com with the clearly stating your order number and also mention the purpose of return by Email Subject Line.
A saree cannot be returned If it’s Blouse or Petticoat has been Stitched.
A Lehenga Choli cannot be returned, if it’s blouse/Choli or Lehenga has been Custom Stitched.
Once we received your order, a Strict quality check would be done by Our team So Please make sure that the Original Packaging is Intact when you Courier return Back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that 5% of PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
Apart from anything as not as per Products as previous like price tag, box, packaging Condition we can not eligible for Proceed refund.
